Sunday service

I work everyday of the week except Sunday. Although most of the services are available online. Reactivation of account needs in-person attendance. Being able to visit the bank on Sunday and get get the service I need is a plus for metro bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Absolute convenience

I setup with Metro Bank years ago from a referral by a friend and haven’t regretted anything since! The initial setup for the current account was quick, easy and straightforward. I remember needing a current account urgently for matters and reading on their website, there was a way to walk into one of their branches to create one on the day + they print out your card in front of you! I didn’t hesitate and walked into the nearest branch I could find and went ahead with the process. It did not take more than an 30 minutes and I came out happy with the current account all set up and the debit card as well. This saved me so much time and I was able to sort out my errands on the same day! Metro Banks phone application is also an outstanding factor for me as their integration is smooth and has not had any fault since I have downloaded the program. There is no complication what’s so ever and I can access anything I need with just a few touches. Overall, my experience with Metro Bank is an extremely positive one and still is. Furthermore, I would recommend this bank to anyone that is looking for smooth functionality and ease! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

I have been with Metro Bank for almost 4 years now and never have I encountered any problems with my account. Their on-line security is the best.
