Great customer service

I only had to use the phone line a few times to contact customer service since I forgot my pin. They were really helpful and provided a solution straight away. Sunday service

I work everyday of the week except Sunday. Although most of the services are available online. Reactivation of account needs in-person attendance. Being able to visit the bank on Sunday and get get the service I need is a plus for metro bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
