Staff are great whenever I’ve needed help. Can get through to people quickly on the phone. My whole family have accounts because we think it’s the best. Safety deposit boxes are handy. Printing new cards same day is great. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Great banking experience

Been with Metro Bank for about 3 years and haven't had any reason to question moving anywhere else. Staff are friendly and deal with most item 'in house' while you wait. The location of my branch is within a short walking distance. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
