Simple superb service

In store, over the phone or via web chat. metro Bank is always there to help and it’s incredibly convenient as it’s open early till late and 7 days a week! I’ve lost my card a few times and dread waiting 3/4 days for the post. But at metro it’s just 5-10 minutes while it points in store! I love that. I was once able to arrange an overdraft over the phone which was easy and I had very polite customer service after all the security and credit checks Etc. Fraud is really well protected against and easy to unblock and get money back if taken for real! Best bank I’ve ever been with! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Best welcome and service

The convenient bank

Prompt and meticulous service

My experience applying for an account with metro bank was overwhelmingly positive. Staff were very courteous in their service and had been able to sort out my account promptly. I also found that there were many options for other accounts that were very convenient for a University student like me such as the set up for the ISA account.
