Best bank I've used

I switched to metro bank January this year the switching service was easy the set up everything very nice customer service on the phone and helpful when you don't understand something I'm really pleased I switched to metro I'll definitely will be staying with them love how they pay you early if you get paid over the weekend a very good bank Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

All round great bank to be with

In store assistance is second to none, you can get almost anything sorted there and then with a real person; from printing a new card, changing an account type, resetting a password, direct debit help, transfer help etc. The app is simple and reliable, helpful messages telling you if you balance can't cover a payment so you have enough time to sort it out. All round good banking for normal people who don't want to wait ok the phone with a robot for hours. Also open weekends and evenings which is great! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
