Great customer service always there to help you

Metro bank has always supported me from getting my bank card replaced, when I need bank statements printed they can do this straight away in store. East getting through via phone call without having to wait awhile. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Excellent No Nonsense Banking

Having experienced many banks throughout my working life , I have finally found an excellent no nonsense bank, which outperforms all the others on the high street. Fantastic Customer Friendly Bank

Each time I go into one of their branches I am greeted as though I am a friend. Everyone is friendly, cheerful and polite and nothing is too much trouble. All customer service is face to face and nothing is machine based unless you choose it to be. In these days of endless bank closures this company needs to stay.
