Metro bank has amazing customer skills when you first join their bank. They will take to you throughly making it clear on was you can save and spend money. As a young adult joining they show how easy you can save money for the future as well. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Feel Comfortable, and Supported without the Stress!

I signed up for a current account with Metro Bank after a family member highly recommended it. It's definitely a modern bank without the daunting feeling of an ordinary bank. I always feel comfortable walking into Metro because I'm always greeted by lovely people, and they're always happy to help. Sadly, how the world is at the moment nobody likes to work but they have to, even more than usual. But at Metro, everyone seems extremely happy and proud to be there, which means they love their company, and it screams volumes! I usually feel awkward in a bank, and a little self conscious, but honestly I've never felt so comfortable. You guys are amazing! I love that Metro is open 7 days a week and for extended hours compared to others. This is the 21st century, and I hand on my heart, believe that Metro is the banking of our future. I've been with Metro Bank for a few years and hold a current account and saving account. The staff in the Canterburybhas always been so helpful When I've needed it. I like how I can get a new card printed immediately if needed and thw easy of the app. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
