I think this bank is better

It's much better then any other bank on the High Street because its the only one open on Sunday no other bank does this and its open longer as well which helps out if I get held up in traffic or any reason This bank deserves to win its out standing and ticks alot more boxes then any other bank Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

10 year user of metro bank

I feel metro bank has always made an active effort of making sure their customers are satisfied. I have fond memories of them inspiring young me to save money by gifting mini presents and if I put a pound in every month , the fifth month they would match it with £5! Their interest rates are excellent and the staff are extremely helpful! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Convenient

Access to branch for face to face assistance 7 days a week. The App is great, easy to use which is great for me as I'm not tech savy. Customer services always helpful, even talked me through the process of regaining Access when I'd locked myself out of my online account. My card was swallowed when I used incorrect Pin, simple phone call had a new one in 24hrs. A fantastic bank . I recommend 100%. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
