Best bank and I've been with a few..never have no problems and always make u feel welcome

Always make me feel welcome and do the best they can for any sort of situation u have...open late and early and also I can takey dog on there she loves.going.in there coz she gets a biscuit or two lol ... overall best bank I've been with. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

What modern day banking should be.

Ever since I've been banking with Metro Bank, my conclusion is, why have we been kept in the dark for so long by other high street banks by making simple things so difficult just like having your debt card printed in store or even the sunday banking offered by Metro Bank. Outstanding customer service

I have a great app and a local Bank. If you pop into the Bank in person everyone is so helpful and knowledgable. My children have an account with them too. Even when I had access issues with the app they fixed it in the Bank in seconds, amazing gem on our high street! Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Easy and hassle free banking

Their automated system over the phone and on the app is very user friendly and easy to get around, but should you need to talk to a real person, again it is very easy to get hold of someone, the waiting time is quite short compared to other banks I’ve been with and once you’re through to customer service they are easy to understand and extremely helpful.
