Always an easy and fast experience

Metro bank always provides me with an easy and fast experience. No long queues when going to the bank, always clean, someone is always there to greet you nicely and sort out what you want, over the phone customer service is also very helpful and fast, employees try their hardest to find what best works for you and to sort out any problems fast and no hiden fees. I've already recommended it to numerous people. I'm very fortunate to have found them when i first mived here as I've head horrorstories about every other bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

When I changed my phone the bank account details I had was not working and I was unable to use online banking so I visited the bank and one of member really helped me to have online access to my account. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
