Amazing bank and awesome staff very helpful with everything

I have had problems with other banks before but since being with metro its changed my mind about banks I have help everytime I need it staff are very polite amazing to be a customer with such a wonderful bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Toy town bank

Refused to let me pay my own cash in to my own account even though I could prove, when asked where it came from???? Have to wait at least an hour every time you want to access your SDB. Needless to say I’ve closed the account and gone back with grown ups bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Nice and helpful staff, easy app

Having been a customer of most of the high Street (so called big banks)....I can say with the utmost confidence that metro bank are head and shoulders above all of them in every aspect of my personal dealings.. Efficient Banking

As a care worker, I find Metro very efficient and accommodating. I work varying hours and sometimes I can’t bank at normal hours . They open early and close late and works for me whenever r I want to bank . Friendly staff as well Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
