Nothing great here, but...

Metro Bank was something that drew my attention when I first approached them for opening up my Current Account. It felt like their schemes were good, their operations were great and the support was wonderful. But only when I started interacting and collaborating is when I realised that the bank is a peacock. There schemes are not useful and they make false promises. They attract customers on false promises. I was told that I can get a credit card if I am with the bank for 3+ month (to improve my credit score) and when I approached them after 5, they said that my credit score was not good enough to get a credit card. Keep away from them and look for a stable Bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Great bank

You can open a new account same day in little time and have a brand new card printed in the branch same day also if you dont have your card or identification you can still access your funds by popping in store where they will identify you and provide you with the service you require Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Why metro is the best bank

Ever since joined metro banking has never been easier. I receive monthly reports and reports on my app about all money entering and leaving. Metro banks mobile banking is absolutely amazing with every detail needed. Ive had no problems or issues since they've helped so much with every need and issue.
