Amazing customer service

Walked into the store left after 30 minutes with a current account setup and they took the time to switch from my old bank for me. Had to do pretty much nothing on my end. 10/10 customer service Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Easy to Open

online easy to open, less than 4days to receive the card. Most Issues can be fixed on the app and the amount of times i have called customer service the issue was fixed right Away while i was on the call. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Superb bank

Simply the best bank around

Metro bank is by far the easiest and best bank around , if you have any issues you are greeted in branch by friendly staff who will help you resolve any issues immediately, lost or damaged bank card , no problem as they will print a replacement there and then. I, have already recommended to all my family, friends and work colleagues as I cannot praise the his bank enough, very happy to be a customer, best move I ever made ! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
