Perfect Service no matter which Branch you visit

Having moved away from the area where we set up our account, visiting any other branch could be difficult. It certainly has been with other banks. Not so with Metro Bank. You could be a massively important personal customer at any branch I've walked in. Always treated with courtesy and respect. Would heartily recommend to anyone considering a change. Metro Current Account

Our current account with Metro includes online banking. The method of access and the way the statements are set out are really easy to use and read respectively. Any time we have been into the bank we have found the staff helpful and efficient. We also like the fact that counter staff are able to verify our identity by photographic recognition. I have been with Metro bank since I was 16, and I have never had an issue, Metro Bank takes care of its customers, I experienced a scam back in 2019 and it had a huge effect on me at the time but everyone at the Metro Bank we extremely supportive and really took care of me, I was really impressed how quickly they were able to replace my card, implement additional security on to my account and walked me through safety steps when dealing with my account online and in public spaces, it has been incredible of them to do such an amazing job. Also, staff members are really patient with their customers, I can't count how many times I forgot my personal details to log in to my account and each time they take their time with me and really pay attention to my needs when I come to the local Metro Bank, everyone is extremely helpful and professional.
