Amazing service!!

Metro bank changed the traditional banking system. with Metro bank you can open an account and same time you receive your card and pin. Don't need to wait for a week. Also anything happened to your card you get straightway replacement. Another good thing is safety vault. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

I have had several problems with fraudulent activity on my account but every time the customer service is awesome. Always reacting quickly with the problems that have occurred, your treated respectfully and sympathetically and not with criticism. It feels like your a family member not just an ordinary customer. I would always recommend metro Bank because it's when things go wrong when you find out who you can truly trust and depend on. They made a traumatic time for me so much easier by resolving my issues.
