I have enjoyed shopping at all Metro Bank but not Hammersmith London W6. Stuffy staffs here including manager. I was refused to get fifty pence coins change here for my coin collection. Pensioner. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Poor service all around

Tried to deposit some cash. Metro bank asked for proof I drove home to collect the proof some 30 minute drive. Showed proof cash was legitimate. They then said they couldn’t take the cash as had no facility to help. 2 hours wasted. Quality has gone down. Stupid gimmick about bringing your dog in store. Don’t care about that preferred longer opening times and quality service. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Brilliant, every time I visit my branch i feel welcomed staff are professionals and no waiting. I can also withdraw my money any amount without problems and anytime. I have referred alot of people and their feedback is positive infact, i have never had any complaints. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023
