Made getting a bank account a very easy process

I suffer with anxiety but i felt relaxed setting up my bank in metro bank bristol. The staff are very warm there and before i knew it i was walking out with my card in no time. I was also given a goodwill gesture of £10 as i had to come in a few times to hand in id/bill letters and my tenancy agreement as i didn’t have photo id i had to take these extra steps but the process was made very easy and streamlined by the friendly staff. I remember a guy james who helped me and my worker with printing out documents that showed what letters and stuff i would need to open my bank. All in all the best customer service i have ever received. I would like to thank the manager who was very nice with giving me the goodwill gesture. Thanks to metro bank i finally had a card. I Have been with Metro Bank since I was 16 years old. Wonderful staff and fast technology with them. My bank account is so easy to manage and keep track of my money in and out. I also receive monthly statements which are super useful. If I had a problem, they fix it right away. I’m loving metro bank and I plan on sticking with them for life. Good Job guys. User friendly beyond any other bank

I am a UK resident expat and have been a Metro client for 12 years. Simple, no frills, efficient, helpful, friendly, well trained staff. I hold 5 accounts and a deposit box. Approx 70.000£ on accounts right now. Great great App. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
