Very generous banking system

Staff always helpful, friendly and polite.

Used to be fabulous

Used to be one of the best of the new retail banks but sadly not what I used to be. Customer services now appears to be broken down into different departments and you spend ages hanging on the phone waiting for someone who's trained for your particular question. I know they could do better. One of my pet issues is that the personal accounts aren't integrated with sage or xero.
