Any time I’ve needed to contact my bank my call and query has been sorted within 10minutes. Speaking to an actual human being makes all the difference. Any time I’ve been into the branch there’s always a member of staff happy to help. The app is quick and easy to use! Overall an easy and stress free way of banking! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Metro bank are open 7 days a week, you can see someone in-store to sort a problem. When you call them you get someone speaking clearly with no 'call centre' background noise. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

The bonus of being able to drop in to any branch most days of the week (except Christmas Day and Easter Sunday!) and request and receive a new bank card whilst I wait is an unbeatable service! I even received a bunch of flowers and a card when I called in for services on my birthday - over and above customer service :) Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Matro bank are efficient, no nonsense and have excellent customer service.
