British Banking At Its Best

I’ve been a Metro Bank customer for nearly 8 years and can confidently say they’re a brilliant bank. Every bank can offer a Current Account or great digital banking options but Metro Bank have a fantastic high street presence & more importantly have friendly, approachable employees who actually help you instead of leaving you alone with a ‘self service machine’. Genuinely there for its customers

Real people, who don’t make you fill in random bits of paper, open late, genuinely convenient. I put my card through the tumble dryer two days before going on holiday; any other bank that’s a massive problem. Walked into my branch, leave ten minutes later with a freshly produced card; simple! My old bank would have posted me one which would have taken 10 to 14 days, ruining my holiday! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Brilliant bank

I've been with Metro for a little under 10 years now and whenever there is an issue, they are able to resolve it straight away, either through phone or walk in at the bank. I always feel like my money is secure with them. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Go the extra mile for their Clients

No days it’s difficult find friendly people at Banks , sadly the general attitude is doing a favour to the client just by speaking to them’. At metro it totally different nothing too much trouble: I’m always greeted by a friendly smile and my assistance dog Reba is always made to be welcomed, gets a bit of fuss made of her (which she loves) and given a tasty doggie treat.
