Ready to help anytime

As an over !!! I seem to forget all these numbers!! Passwords etc BUT the staff never get in a fuss or raise an eyebrow for a helping hand . The kids machine is now a target with introducing 3 friends kids to metto saving , new clients ongoing . Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Best for customer service

The best high street bank for customer service, banking the way it should be done! They are open 7 days and later than all other banks. They do old school banking which is what people want, not sure why everyone is forcing their customers online, Metro gives us a choice. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

6 years and still going strong

I’ve been with Metro Bank for over 6 years. While many banks are out there, Metro Bank has always provided me a level of comfort and stability that I haven’t felt with any other.
