When all other banks seem to be shutting down, reducing their services and opening hours and making it more difficult to access YOUR money when you need it and making you feel their bank is run for the benefit of its shareholders and managers, along comes Metro with the long lost efficiency and personal touch. Ready to help anytime

As an over !!! I seem to forget all these numbers!! Passwords etc BUT the staff never get in a fuss or raise an eyebrow for a helping hand . The kids machine is now a target with introducing 3 friends kids to metto saving , new clients ongoing . Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Best for customer service

The best high street bank for customer service, banking the way it should be done! They are open 7 days and later than all other banks. They do old school banking which is what people want, not sure why everyone is forcing their customers online, Metro gives us a choice. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

6 years and still going strong

I’ve been with Metro Bank for over 6 years. While many banks are out there, Metro Bank has always provided me a level of comfort and stability that I haven’t felt with any other.
