Went into the store with no appointment and asked if they could open a bank account for me. within five minutes I was seated and the process began. They asked me a few questions, nothing serious, like proof of identity which I showed them my passport and that was it really they never asked me proof of address they did ask to do a credit check that only took a few minutes. They printed off the card in store and set up my banking app so I was good to go. They were very patient considering i messed up the banking app password and customer number multiple times. The customer service was pleasant to say the least. The only problem I have with them is that they do not have a machine to deposit money in to you have to go to the person on the desk to do it. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who would want to find a new bank to use. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Great service

I tend to magnetise cards so they do not operate, easy to call into the bank to get a new card activate pin. They provided me with a holder so this helps prevent this reoccurring. Great service and always helpful. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Quick service and always available including Sundays and late nights

I love banking with metro they are always happy to help and always open until late and on Sundays and if something happened to my card they print on the same day no waiting around. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Amazing bank

Metro bank is a great bank to have there so friendly and helpful. I can get cash with no hassle or stress if ive forgotten my identification. I can get a new card within 10mins. Hust a fantastic bank to bank with. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
