From day one and 13 years later and still a happy customer

I joined Metro bank for the quick service when Metro Bank arrived to the UK and today it’s probably the only bank who has staff on the counters. Nothing has changed in the services over the years if anything they have more customers nothing they can’t handle. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

The bank that puts customer needs first

Great to have a bank where you can drop in to a branch that is open at times and days for customer convenience. All problems were easily solved by the staff onsite. Moved from my previous bank making them now my primary bank. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Excellent banking service

Metro has made my banking experience much easier and faster. With their online and mobile banking services, I can easily manage my money and transfer funds with a few clicks. Plus, their customer service is always available to help with any questions or concerns. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Great service....even from overseas!

Always o brach open when you want. Staff so polite and helpful. As a pesioner its the right bank for me.

When I went to the brach for help as my husband has termainal cancer they helped put our jont account to my only so I do not have to worry about it. A great weight off my mind. I know no other bank couldsd be so helpful. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Exceptional Banking

Best to Bank

Since signing up with Metro I've never had an issue with their service, the staff are helpful at any branch you visit whatever the main reason being.
