Amazing bank statements and online banking

Metro online banking is so simple to use and the bank statements are so easy to read. Never had an issue with my accounts and if I ever need any help the staff in the store I've have been is have always been so respectful and helpful towards me. Different from the the rest

Just amazing

They are a very helpful and excellent bank. I have never had any problems doing what I need to do. What more can you ask for. I would recommend them to anyone who would ask. It's the little things. Like when I opened my account, there was no waiting for my bank card to arrive in the post, as it was printed there and then at the branch. I don't know any other bank that does that. Petfect banking.

The way i'm treated as a customer is how all banks should be. I'm offered coffee when I walk through the door and treated like a valuable customer. Other banks could learn a lot from Metro. I no longer bank with anyone else. The only bank I am aware of that can supply you with a new card while you wait, usually 10 minutes. Flawless service. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
