They are always efficient, approachable and pleasant. it is exactly what I would wish a current account to be. Reviewed on: 14th August 2024

Easy to open and online service straightforward.

When I opened the account in branch the staff were courteous, fast and efficient. Helped me set up online banking which is very easy to use and supplies all the information I need, including setting up a small savings account and a direct debit. Very happy with Metro banking. Alway there for me

Best bank you could possibly be with !!!

I have been with Metro Bank for a while now and its a perfect choice. Never had any problems with my account. Great thing is that I can use my card abroad without any fees. Staff is really helpful and stores are open 7 days a week till late. I also like the fact that I can issue my new cards in store any time. Great bank ! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
