Reliable and efficient

MetroBank was by far the easiest high street bank to get an account setup with and have a physical card that I could start using on the same day. I’ve only had 2 issues in all the years I’ve been banking with them and both were resolved within an hour of being brought to MetroBank’s attention. On one occasion, my card was blocked due to a potential fraud alert - one phone call with the fraud team and they were able to unblock my account without any issues or money lost. When the chip in my card stopped working, they happily replaced my card with an extended expiration date on the spot when I went into the branch. Great Bank

I have been with Metrobank for over 10 years now. Cannot fault from Instore facilities late opening great for us workers and weekends to. Always polite professional and if you have a problem always resolved on the spot whether at the bank or by phone and added bonus of Debit Card renewals when Instore. Best bank in the UK

They offer you a cup of tea while you wait, they give you free lollipops, metro bank pens and the 'M' money boxes are cool too!. They also print your debit card while you wait if you lose it. The metro bank app is also very useful. Will be using this bank for the rest of my life no doubt. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
