Hassle Free With Clued Up Staff and Convenient Times

I had been with another bank for many years but I moved to Metro as they are much friendlier, the opening times are great and when I lost my card they replaced it in a few minutes in the bank. Their customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

For many years I was unable to get Current Account. Even the bank I was with for over 30 years would not give me a Current Account. I tried other banks and I was refused. I tried the Metro bank and I was automatically accepted. I transferred my account which I had with the Halifax right over to Metro bank. The customer service is excellent. The only drive through cash point I know. And it is so safe and convenient to use. My daughter uses it especially when she has her baby in the car. She doesn't have to come out the car.
