The branch in Cambridge were able to set a new card for my account immediately. I have never had that level of service from any other bank. MetroBank is a friendly, customer centred bank. They understand better than any other bank how people's working lives are complicated and sometimes we need a face to face conversation with a bank. Being open over a weekend is just one sign of a progressive bank thinking about its customers needs. MetroBank are a modern bank adapting to a modern world. What a helpful bank

As I’ve moved to the uk from Ireland it was a struggle to get a bank account but Metro really helped me and gave me guidance to open an account with them and I have no doubts Metro will just get bigger and better as they’ve the people’s interest at heart. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
