I feel respected as a customer of Metro Bank. I am greeted personally, sometimes taken to a desk for a one to one. I have been offered coffee; they have a customer toilet and biscuits for my dog. When I first opened my account my details were verified in branch at the time and I left with a bank account and a bank account card. Exceptional customer service that made me feel valued in my choice to bank with them. I had been recommended by a friend and the experience they described was totally true to the experience I had. Underestimated

I think there totally mis understood. Great service. Bank cards straight away good opening hours just not many branches up north. Need to open more. Everyone I speak to in west Yorkshire have never heard of them but all like the sound of them just wosh there was more around l. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Efficient, Friendly and Repsonsive

I love Metro Bank for its ease of use. Its so easy to apply for an account online and when my card had issues, i went instore and they printed one there and then and reset my pin so easily. Its a really good mix of being able to go online and do things for myself and actually speaking to a real person when i need to. The queues in the bank were well managed so i didn't have to wait long - they were friendly and helpful and they didn't make me feel like i was wasting their time and i didn't have to book an appointment and come back days later - they helped me there and then. i have since recommended at least 3 people to join who were looking to change banks - and i would continue to recommend them.
