Efficient, Friendly and Repsonsive

I love Metro Bank for its ease of use. Its so easy to apply for an account online and when my card had issues, i went instore and they printed one there and then and reset my pin so easily. Its a really good mix of being able to go online and do things for myself and actually speaking to a real person when i need to. The queues in the bank were well managed so i didn't have to wait long - they were friendly and helpful and they didn't make me feel like i was wasting their time and i didn't have to book an appointment and come back days later - they helped me there and then. i have since recommended at least 3 people to join who were looking to change banks - and i would continue to recommend them. I have found metro bank to be the most helpful banking environment. From the opening hours to the services on offer all has been brilliant. I have needed assistance a few times over the last year and wish all banks worked as efficiently as metro bank. I would like to say Clapham Junction branch have always been extremely helpful and nothing is too much. Wish more high street banks were like this. Only request is to open more branches! I am a member of Metro Bank since for almost two years now, during this time my experience with Metro Bank has grown positively. I had couple of issues like, when I lost my card I called to the store and they instantly blocked my card, and from safety reason they really take action carefully, regarding costumer service for me since I am a member of four banks accross London, they gave me best experience. Staff really friendly there, and once when I went there to renew my card they did it within 3-5 minutes, as a foreigner which excited me a lot. Metro Bank the best!!! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

The best banking ever to hit the metro.

I’ve had experienced banking with almost all of the high street banks, and I can honestly say that Metro Bank is very different in a good way. The way the bank is set up alone is better. I’ve observed that Metro Bank is always found at the corner which makes it easy to locate. From the outside one can see how organised and well-presented the business is. And the moment you step inside there’s already an aura of positive energy, through the way how open and spacious the setting is done. The colour-scheme is so grand and relaxing, and yet so progressive and elegant, which is complimented by the light that comes in from the outside. And then jewel in the heart of it all is the people that would attend to you like you’re a VIP guest in a private party. The smiles are so genuine. Their efforts to help in anyway and about anything are so human and not clinical. And their system is a lot better than most banks,i.e. the times they are open, and the speed of acquiring a physical plastic card. For Pete’s sake, they even offer you a hot drink if there’s a wait!! Fast to set up, easy to use, zero issues!

I set up a current account with Metro Bank because I was unable to access my account at another bank due to unnecessary red tape. No one there was willing to help me. Within an hour of walking into my local Metro Bank branch, I had a current account, a savings account, all the information I needed, and a debit card. Everything was clearly explained and the customer service was impeccable. I have been using my account for about 2 years now and have had absolutely zero issues with accessing my account, online or on mobile. The customer service line is always efficient and professional. I have contacted them twice and had a fantastic experience both times. I recently set up a business with my father and, because of my excellent experience with Metro Bank, it was our first choice.
