Brilliant Service

Have always been pleased with service, i like the fact can pop into a branch on a Sunday until 5pm no other bank offers this -always working so Sunday is only day i have for this kind of thing. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Friendly

I am young and autistic, so I find most major banks intimidating. Our local metro bank is a big glass building with open meeting spaces and quick assistance. I recently had to swap my main account with another because of a small hiccup when I turned 18, and not only were the staff friendly and helpful, they were able to print and handover my new card before we left.
