Quite happy to open a Community Bank Account

In July 2021, I am became the chairman of a Saturday morning football league, consisting of 14 teams. Despite following all their procedures and repeated phone calls, I could not get myself added to the existing Bank Account (a well known High Street and business banking establishment). After 6 months, I turned to other banks, online banks and Building Societies and then realised that no-one was interested in handling the type of account we wanted. However, what a remarkably refreshing attitude I encountered when I made enquiries with Metro Bank. I was so surprised that following my initial telephone conversation, I rang back to check. Therefore it was 6 months from all the others to say no and 6 minutes with Metro Bank to say yes. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Most supportive bank

There's so much I can say about metro bank I've been with so many banks in my past but by far they are the greatest friendly and supportive staff always happy and ready to help.
