Simple, effective and no nonsense personal banking

I joined them in August 2018 and find them a very competent and helpful bank, in person their branches are friendly, smartly presented and helpful, online I use their Web Banking service (which I previously swore I would never do) and find it simple and effective, overall a good bank, with great staff and an opportunity not to be missed for simple, no-nonsense personal banking Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Best service

App is so simple and easy to use.customer service is always amazing and metro bank opening and closing times beat all the other banks. They really put customers first even down to the fact that if you loose your card you can get a new one the same day in store. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
