Excellent

Moved to Metro Bank after finding out about it online after issues with another bank. Have had no issues whatsoever. The branches are immaculate and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you need a new card, they can print the new card in one of their branches, so no need to wait for the post to arrive. The app and website are easy to use. Easiest, friendliest most positive bank I've ever had.

Banking with Metro since opening in 2012. Invariably, every experience has been positive. It seems they just don't like to say no to a customer and will go to any ends to accommodate. Always friendly, always pleasant, never negative. Incredible! Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
