Banking with Metro since opening in 2012. Invariably, every experience has been positive. It seems they just don't like to say no to a customer and will go to any ends to accommodate. Always friendly, always pleasant, never negative. Incredible! Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

I have had accounts with 2 banks before Metro and this is by far the best easy to talk with on the phone always helpful, the store in Wimbledon is great. As a Transgender woman accessing services can be difficult at times but I have never had an issue with Metro Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
