Simple and uncomplicated

Almost five years now and I've almost never needed to visit a branch. Not once has my card been suspended without reason or apology (I'm looking at you HSBC), the app is simple and straightforward, transfers are quick and exchange rates competitive. The best thing I can say about Metro Bank is that in the years I've been with them, I've never had to think about day to day banking functions, they just get taken care of. Better Future Ready Banking

COVID-19 is amplifying banks’ need for innovation and the key technology trends that will shape the near future. The long-term challenge is to set banks up to successfully rebuild and recover when the worst of the pandemic is over. Metro Bank is future-ready banking as I'm experience with , they already increased Technology and transforming the purpose of a digital experience. Metro is using as accessible as messaging a friend by utilizing technologies such as chatbots on Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. I had experience with Metro Bank,it is be able to tailor people’s banking journeys via 5G, virtual tellers powered by artificial intelligence , COVID-19 pushed banks to adopt AI tools rapidly. In the long term, they will exploratory and adaptable. Advancements in natural language processing, image recognition and machine learning are improving by Metro Bank, since overall I like the quality of service which they provide and best part is when opening Bank with metro Bank even debit card with pin is provided on the spot , so in my sense Metro Bank is Future Ready Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Gone down hill

The Metrobank service really has detonated from what is was when I first joined six years ago. Trying to do anything now is a chore. Logging into the website involves a username, a pin code and a password. Then.... they send you a text (which never arrives) and only then can you view your own account. The staff in the Crawley branch look so unhappy, like everything you ask them to do is a problem. Unfortunately MB is now just like all the big banks in the UK. Sad, it used to be so good.
