Convenient banking

For someone like me whos always losing there cards metro bank are always there to print a new one out for me the same day, whereas other banks leave you waiting for weeks at a time. Best bank that I have ever banked with!

Proper Bank

Always plenty of staff to welcome you, from the door right through to whatever your needs are. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Great old fashioned service where you're treated as a valued Customer and not as a nuisance. So glad we found this Bank - it's like chatting to an old friend. Keep up the good work please.
