I can move money in and out quickly via the app of online banking. It works fine for my generall current account and joint account. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Proper Bank

Always plenty of staff to welcome you, from the door right through to whatever your needs are. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Great old fashioned service where you're treated as a valued Customer and not as a nuisance. So glad we found this Bank - it's like chatting to an old friend. Keep up the good work please. Lovely customer service

They have lovely customer service and any time I want to go into the bank physically there’s always someone waiting to ask if I need any assistance which is a lovely touch compared to other banks And the staff are always very friendly and they are really nice and appeal to the younger generation Reviewed on: 12th April 2021
