They have lovely customer service and any time I want to go into the bank physically there’s always someone waiting to ask if I need any assistance which is a lovely touch compared to other banks And the staff are always very friendly and they are really nice and appeal to the younger generation Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Love Metro Bank, as If I need to visit branch I can take my little dog with me, water is always supplied for dogs. The on-line banking which I generally use is so easy to navigate.
