Pleasant, helpful and efficient staff.

Love Metro Bank, as If I need to visit branch I can take my little dog with me, water is always supplied for dogs. The on-line banking which I generally use is so easy to navigate. Best Bank Ever!!!

I am a serial Online Banking details LOSER!! And everytime I go in or speak to anyone on thr phone they are so helpful and I often end up having a laugh with them!
