Recently I opened my account there in Metro Bank and I found the employees very humble, polite and supportive. The account opening process was though lengthy but easy to follow and the customer support officer was varily present through the process till I complete it. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Efficiency

I have always found Metro Bank to be very efficient as a bank. On a few occasions over the past 18 months they have alerted me to and dealt with fraud on my account. They have been able to deal with any issues with quickly arranged in-store appointments. The Metro app is very effective and keeps me updated on my account health and all the related stats.
