I have had a few friends recently ask me if I could recommend a bank account to them... I ALWAYS suggest metro bank! always super helpful and polite on the phone. thee banking app is so easy to follow and has amazing insights on your personal banking and in store, every employee is amazing. I always feel very welcome and at home when I go in. they never hesitate to go the extra mile to make things work for me. Really Happy Customer

I recently lost my wife and we joined Metro as we found the service at our old bank poor . i have to say despite lock down the staff at the Cardiff Queen Street and Newport Road branches are brilliant. Simple Banking
