Simple Banking

I genuinely like using Metro bank, their hours are flexible. Meaning I can still go to my bank after work and in weekends. The online banking is simple and easy to use. Not to mention, the employees in my local bank are fast and friendly. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Metro customer service is second to none

Hi I have changed my accounts (1 personal and 2 business) to Metro and I can't find fault with their service. I was with HSBC since late 1960's and my business accounts mid 1950's, I was regarded as a number rather than a person and quite frankly disregarded and ignored. As soon as I moved to Metro I had access to a business manager who has been hands on and proactive any queries I have are dealt with in a very effective and professional manner, nothing too much trouble. I can't praise them highly enough and would recommend to anyone. Well done Metro. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Easy, flexible and helpful bank

One of the best experience I had until now, as a UK resident I have been banking with 4 different banks in UK, metro bank being the latest one. I still remember well the day I went to one of its branches. During this time of covid-19, I was treated with full professionalism and hospitality, which I missed them with other banks as I was roaming around different banks to get a basic account. It's was odd as I was told I would be served by a new trainee which was his first day, but was shocked and amazed as well later because I was treated so well. I even learned and understood many things about banking. If I could then I would definitely recommend metro bank to all my friends and relatives. Trusted bank

metro have always been a trustworthy bank in my opinion. I’ve moved all my savings and kids savings to this bank and so have my family members. I feel like they listen to what their consumers want and act accordingly. They are also very friendly and accessible. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
