Fast and easy service

Easy peasy, lemony squeezy!

Moving back to the UK this was my bank of choice, their process was simple and swift. Since being with them i've never had any issues and i've always been able to get the infomation i need either from their website, phone app or calling up. I'm happy i chose them as my main bank. Their savings accounts are also very useful, without even realising ive gained interest over the past year on my account, every little helps! Modern Efficent Friendly

With it being open for extended hours unlike other banks and it's very modern intuitive app it's so efficent and easy to bank with metro. At the bank everyone is so helpful and you really feel like your part of a family not a bank. It's the only bank for me. Reviewed on: 31st March 2021

My review title says it all. I have no trouble with any of the customer based parts of the bank. The staff in all sectors of the bank that customers use are all friendly polite patient nd know their jobs. best bank I have ever used

Metro is amazing, they are open 7 days a week. They print your bank card while you wait. There is always someone to help you. Unlike other banks that expect you to do everything with machines they have a counter where staff do things the old fashioned way. They care about there customers they don't just think about money. It really is the little things that matter. From having to call the customer care number and you're speaking to someone within 2 minutes or less, to being able to do almost everything online that mean you do not even have to call the customer care number in the first place. A bank that is open 7days a week, acknowledging the fact that people work varied hours, shows this bank is putting its customers first.
