best online on phone and in bank

My review title says it all. I have no trouble with any of the customer based parts of the bank. The staff in all sectors of the bank that customers use are all friendly polite patient nd know their jobs. best bank I have ever used

Metro is amazing, they are open 7 days a week. They print your bank card while you wait. There is always someone to help you. Unlike other banks that expect you to do everything with machines they have a counter where staff do things the old fashioned way. They care about there customers they don't just think about money. A 21 century bank poised to make a difference

It really is the little things that matter. From having to call the customer care number and you're speaking to someone within 2 minutes or less, to being able to do almost everything online that mean you do not even have to call the customer care number in the first place. A bank that is open 7days a week, acknowledging the fact that people work varied hours, shows this bank is putting its customers first. I have had a few friends recently ask me if I could recommend a bank account to them... I ALWAYS suggest metro bank! always super helpful and polite on the phone. thee banking app is so easy to follow and has amazing insights on your personal banking and in store, every employee is amazing. I always feel very welcome and at home when I go in. they never hesitate to go the extra mile to make things work for me.
