Putting customer requirements first

Metro Banks finally addressed what was missing, banking hours that are convenient for most working people, open late and on weekends is what made the difference. The customer service both in branch on telephone service has been exemplary and the website easy to use. Losing a card on the way to the airport and having one reprinted in 10 minutes thus avoiding to having cancel flights (yes this was before COVID) and not wait 2 weeks for a replacement has saved me numerous times too. I've never had any problems dealing with Metrobank and I have been a customer for more than 5 years. Day-to-day, I use the excellent online app, but I do use the bank's branches now and again - especially if I need to talk something through. Good job! Reviewed on: 31st March 2021

This bank is doing stuff that no other bank has brought to the uk. Same day card printing, free money machines, same day business accounts, open longer and so much more. Other banks may really step up their game! Reviewed on: 31st March 2021

just lost for words

i've been banking with metro bank for awhile now. they only had one store that was local to me which amounted to being an hour away and i'm from London so banks are never that hard to find so it was truly early days for metro. i must say the customer service, the welcome you get from entering the store, the help the patience. the way everyone is so organised and helpful creates an environment of being safe and truly being made comfortable whilst they sort out whatever inquiry you have. easily the number one bank in the UK without a doubt, otherwise i would'nt of referred so many friends and family to join this bank. keep up the good work! A Bank you can trust

I have used several other banks and this is the only one that I feel I can trust. The banking app is the easiest I have tried, overall Metro Bank is as near perfect as you can get and I would always recommend them to friends and family! Reviewed on: 31st March 2021

I have only good things to say about MetroBank. I have been with them for a few years now and they have been excellent throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I have banked with quite a few of the high street banks. Reviewed on: 31st March 2021
