Simply the best

Always everyone helpful, friendly and professional. Always everything gets sorted there and then. All my questions always been answered. The most helpful bank, makes switching bank so easy. Love that they print the cards in the bank and I didn't need to wait 3 your 5 working day. Even in lockdown they are open as usual and support all their customers. Limited service. Not very helpful for anything but UK to UK banking.

Many things require you to go into the branch to sort out. There are often long wait times (even with short queues). They have almost no ability to handle international banking. Small fish in a big pond - there are many better challenger banks out there. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

A New Bank with Good Ideas

I opened my account during their first week of trading and I haven't had any cause for complaint at all. I have been with the big 5 for over fifty years and I don't think any of them compare. If I could make any comment which could be seen as negative, there is only one. Their IT department is slow to react. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
