The Best of All British Banks

I am a pensioner, before Metro Bank arrived I was stuck with the likes of Barclays (worst bank) and NatWest two dominating banks but had no clue what customer service means. Metro Bank from the very start had a gold standard customer service plus one can get Euros commission-free when abroad. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Super friendly and efficient

Their opening hours and willingness to take on new clients is what really sets them apart from the other banks. Moreover, they are able to print you a new card on the spot if you want! Great service everytime! Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Very modern banking

No issues, I love the high street availability, could be a bit more modern like Monzo utilising budgeting like the Emma App, and have more products for saving/customer mortgage discounts but no issues with day to day banking Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Great, Friendly, Convenient

Always a smile on the faces of the employees when i go into a branch. Friendly and fast service every time, have already recommended to many friends and family, also changed all sons and husbands to Metro, they are great! Metro bank has been very helpful to me

I have my account for over 3 years now and I can say with certainty that Metro bank has all the information and help you need , there are lots of options to get you where you need and makes it easy to deal with every penny spend , the app works great and has many options where you can check every incoming money or spent , acces you savers and information about it.
