Metro bank has been very helpful to me

I have my account for over 3 years now and I can say with certainty that Metro bank has all the information and help you need , there are lots of options to get you where you need and makes it easy to deal with every penny spend , the app works great and has many options where you can check every incoming money or spent , acces you savers and information about it. Quick and easy

Best Bank

I have not found a more friendlier bank. Staff are very accessable, polite, nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to help. I could not believe how quick & easy it was to set up my account nor how quick to answer the phone when I rang ( I have waited over 20 mins at 2 other banks, before even being put through to the right Dept) How nice it is that the bank welcomes dogs, even giving dog treats in the goody bag I got for openning the Account. So a big Thank You it is so refreshing to receive such a personal service that other banks used to offer. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Extremely Customer Friendly

When I opened the account originally I had a bit of trouble activating the account. All the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful and didn't make me feel and idiot. Now that I am online I am completely happy. Thank you very much Metro bank staff. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Friendly, prompt and easy

I have been with Metro Bank for a few years now and I have always found them to be extremely friendly and helpful. Recently I was sent a cheque, I live miles from a bank now so I rang Metro Bank and they gave me a simple solution to my problem and it was all sorted very very quickly. Fantastic Bank.
