Extremely Customer Friendly

When I opened the account originally I had a bit of trouble activating the account. All the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful and didn't make me feel and idiot. Now that I am online I am completely happy. Thank you very much Metro bank staff. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Friendly, prompt and easy

I have been with Metro Bank for a few years now and I have always found them to be extremely friendly and helpful. Recently I was sent a cheque, I live miles from a bank now so I rang Metro Bank and they gave me a simple solution to my problem and it was all sorted very very quickly. Fantastic Bank. Practical

Getting your card the same day when you go into any branch is very practical as I don’t need to sit around and wait for a card to be sent out every time Iv gone in any metro bank all staff are well mannered and welcoming. Reviewed on: 28th March 2021
