Simply incredible

I think in this day and age that personal banking seems to be a thing of the past where everybody, including the banks prefer to go online. The personal touch of interacting with somebody personally is now a thing of the past I went in to ask about my PIN number and was very pleasantly surprised at the quick and prompt service. Metro Bank is there for us every day of the week

We work, we are busy. We need face to face banking, not some automated phone line and then through to someone who can't help. Metro is there for us at much more convenient times, and the cool coin counting machine. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Simple and accessible

Open much longer hours than my previous bank and not having the traditional stuffiness of high street banks, Metro is unusual and a breath of fresh air. I got a new card printed on the spot…overall the bank provides helpful customer service. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
