Easy access to your account with amazing opening time

With lockdown metro bank Has made it really easy for costumer still to access their acount with the extra opening times on Saturday and with a drive thou it’s even more easier and save a lot of time for customers. Staff are amazing in answering all enquiry in time and are really kind and helpful. They tend to come to a customer straight away once entering a branch it feels good to know that every customer is important to them and with the lovely smile asking and saying hello how are you and how can we help you today makes a world of a difference to your day. Had a fraudulent transaction on this account!

I've had a fraudulent transaction on my bank card last Friday! I rang up and raised it with the fraud team. They said they don't work weekends which has delayed things and they didn't seem to be able to give any clarity as to whether I'm likely to be refunded or not! They seemed very hesitant as to whether I would be refunded! This was a fraudulent transaction! It has nothing to do with me. The other bank I am with - Nationwide, when I once had a fraudulent transaction on that account, they refunded me within 24 hours. They were nice and punctual. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021

we live in an era that there are still people like myself, not well versed in computers. with metro bank, i have no problem. easy to open bank account. staff gives you attention; and never gives you impression that they want to rid of you, learnt it from my experience of more than 2 years. i asked my wife to move to metro as well, and i opened my new business account with metro too. I have my salary paid into this account. Ever since I joined they have been the quiet calm and comforting bankers I ant them to be. Never intrusive beyond reason but always there to support their customers when we need them. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021
