Good customer service

A lot of features upgraded on the mobile app to allow payments and manage your account easily. Good service provided by the contact centre with prompt answers. Branches are also open during the pandemic to ensure we can still carry out our banking needs. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

Good bank very helpful

improvement needed

i have had good customer service in branch but bad service from online and when trying to do chargebacks definitely could do better and probably will leave the bank when i can sort another bank out that is better Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

How Banking service SHOULD be! Great job!

Being with Metro Bank

I'm glad to be with a bank that are open the most days of a whole year; unlike other banks. I am also impressed with the 24 hour customer service who have helped me in the middle of the nights.
