definitely the best bank in Uk.

The only bank in Uk working 7 days a week. Not like so called bank Barclays with their extended working hours 9.30-2pm and off on Wednesdays. Metro bank definitely do cares about their customers Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

I'm a fan, not a customer!

I have nothing but good things to say about Metro bank, and I wouldn't say that about any other bank (and I've had accounts with many different banks over the course of my banking history). In all the time I've held my account with them, I've admired and respected their methods, procedures, and customer service. I remember reading their book, Fans Not Customers, and was already sold. But obviously the proof would be in the pudding... and it was. I'm not a fan of banks at all, indifferent at best, but every time I've been into my Metro branch for something, I've walked out not quite believing how easy they made my life, and how quickly and seamlessly they solved my problems. I'm a customer in other banks, I'm definitely a fan with Metro Bank. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

Quite simply the best bank I have ever been working with, the customer services are second to none, always helpful and make you feel like the bank cares, this is so important and makes me feel secure. From start to finish metro bank made things simple yet personal. Everything was explained well to me but more importantly my needs were listened to. I opened my account in the Bristol branch and from my first contact with Matthew, he quickly and smoothly arranged for a meeting with Joshua, who would be going over my options with me. We discussed my business and it was refreshing to find a bank as passionate about my business as I am. While Joshua arranged my account with Matthew I was greeted by another employee Callum who was equally educated with update to date knowledge and information for me. I can truly say I've never experienced a more human bank. Real quality employee who are a perfect representation of a fantastic bank.
