A good wee saver

Have recently set up a monthly savings account with metro bank, good interest rate in exchange for regular savings held over a fixed period of time. Staff on the phone are friendly and helpful to deal with. Reviewed on: 9th February 2020

Nothing but praise for Rich Applegate and the Northampton Store.

We opened a fixed term savings with monthly interest and the whole experience was so refreshingly easy with the Metro Bank format. As we do not do online banking everything was done there and then. Even our linked current account card was printed for us in five minutes. No post PIN numbers ,passwords etc. If you want online/telephone banking etc.,they are up to speed with that too. This bank has returned to customer facing stores that open 7 days a week as well as online. Once again we’ll done Rich and the Northampton store.
