Nothing but praise for Rich Applegate and the Northampton Store.

We opened a fixed term savings with monthly interest and the whole experience was so refreshingly easy with the Metro Bank format. As we do not do online banking everything was done there and then. Even our linked current account card was printed for us in five minutes. No post PIN numbers ,passwords etc. If you want online/telephone banking etc.,they are up to speed with that too. This bank has returned to customer facing stores that open 7 days a week as well as online. Once again we’ll done Rich and the Northampton store. Cant open an account

I used to have a account years ago, don't have any account numbers. Why would I its a closed account. I want to open a 12 month fixed savings account, using a new email address, the bank holds on my profile my old email address, I cant open an account on line, I have spoken to Metro Bank 4 times over the phone, and been cut off twice today, You don't want my £30,000 fine your customer service is terrible and they lie as to when someone will call you back.
