Brilliant service easy access and smiley people

Online banking is easy and clear to use with all the information you need at your fingertips. If you go into the branch it's full of smiley people who are very helpful and attentive. A great place to save with good rates too. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

Friendly and Helpful

Nothing is ever too much trouble. Everyone is extremely helpful and always are cheery and friendly. They have gone the extra mile especially through Covid to help keep everyone safe and fully informed. They are a great bank and from my experience I can't fault them. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Great Bank - Friendly Staff good straightforward products

Have had a Fixed rate savings account with Metro bank for 3 years. Staff very friendly and informed, happy with the product and recommended to other members of my family who also opened savings accounts with Metro. Shame the interest rates have fallen so sharply but that is the situation with all banks at the moment and I would rather stick to a bank with good service and hope the rates go up again next year!
